[SVDC 443] Village Entry Sign

Folks,

Attached is a black and white proof of the sign planned for Blaney Plaza at
the entry to the Village.  The plan is to have it painted, with the
lettering to likely be in gold.  This is being paid for by SVDC, thanks to
the volunteer efforts of many of you from our previous fundraisers.

Approval of this design, and allowance of the minimal funding required for
its installation, is item 8 on the City Council meeting agenda for Wed.
evening. at the Civic Center.  See

Please come to the meeting to voice your support -- this should come before
the Council at around 7:30pm.  I have a meeting that night and cannot
attend.
