To all the merchants who consented to have "Love Notes" on their windows..thank you so much.  We appreciated your good will and hope some extra people came into the Village as a result.

Yesterday a group went up to Marin County to the Blue Pond sign shop and finalized the Village sign.  It should be ready in three weeks.  The redwood sign resembles the historic bronze plaques on the buildings to some extent.  It has the same coloration and the historic plaque buildings are etched on the sign.  It ties together nicely we think.  We look forward to its arrival and thank all who helped make it possible. 

Shops willing to sell tickets for Wine & Wisteria II please let me know.  Locations will be advertised and this gives you the opportunity to get customers who come in to buy tickets.

The red banners will be replaced by the historic banners next Monday.  Thank you to the City for doing that for us. 

SVDC dinner at Rose Market, Tuesday, February 23rd, 6pm.  Rose Market has an excellent selection of Persian food for dinner and will give us the details of their Persian Village event coming on the 16th of March. Other Village news will be relayed also.  Mark your calendars.     Jill
